Hair and beauty artists can learn from the vast courses offered on Top Tellers Club.

Top Tellers Club offers a reward program to reward our customers when they shop for products from our brands, or they purchase education through our platform.

How do I know what I will learn in the education class?

Each class has a unique description and preview, so you can research prior to committing to purchase.

How many times can I watch the education videos?
Each video and artist has a different watching time, each video description states clearing the viewing time.
Can educational videos be shared or recorded?
Sharing of the video is prohibited and breaches international copyright laws.
What will happen if I copy, download, record or upload any of the videos?
Downloading, recording, uploading or sharing any of the videos is prohibited and will result in legal action.

How do I create a Top Tellers Club Membership?
Your membership is automatically created once you create an account on Top Tellers Platform or Top Tellers Club.
What is the cost to become a member of Top Tellers Club?
Top Tellers Club memberships are free of charge.
Do I need a different login to access Top Tellers Club?
No, your login for Top Tellers platform can grant you access to the Top Tellers Club.
What do I need to do to earn reward points on Top Tellers Club?
Your points and membership status are automatically calculated and added into your Top Tellers Club membership.
How do I earn points and status?

Once you shop for products from our brands or if you purchase online education your membership will be credited with your earned points and status.

What are different membership levels?

The 4 membership levels are:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Diamond

Bronze: Once you create your account you will receive automatically the bronze status.

Silver: You will receive a silver status when you earn 5.000 points in 1 calendar year. You will enjoy the silver status for 1 full calendar year following the year you achieved silver. To maintain silver, you need to earn 5.000 points during the calendar year that follow the year you achieve silver.

Gold: You will receive a gold status when you earn 7.500 points in one calendar year. You will enjoy the gold status for 1 full calendar year following the year you achieved gold. To maintain gold, you need to earn 7.500 points during the calendar year that follow the year you achieve gold.

Diamond: You will receive a Diamond status when you earn 10.000 points in one calendar year. You will enjoy the Diamond status for 1 full calendar year following the year you achieved Diamond. To maintain Diamond, you need to earn 10.000 points during the calendar year that follow the year you achieve Diamond.

Note: If you don’t maintain your status after the 12-month period, your status will fall back to the level below for the next 12 months.

What are the status membership benefits?

Bronze:

  • Receive special offers and packages.
  • Redeem points against your orders or make purchases using your points.

Silver:

  • Receive special offers and packages.
  • Redeem points against your orders or make purchases using your points.
  • Receive 5% discount on all your orders while you maintain your silver status

Gold:

  • Receive special offers and packages.
  • Redeem points against your orders or make purchases using your points.
  • Receive 7.5% discount on all your orders while you maintain your gold status

Platinum:

  • Receive special offers and packages.
  • Redeem points against your orders or make purchases using your points.
  • Receive 10% discount on all your orders while you maintain your platinum status
  • A dedicated account manager to offer support and customer service.
  • Special invite for online / offline education
How much to I need to spend to receive 1 point?

Each Euro you spend on our platform is equal to 1 reward point.

How long before my points expire?

Each point earned during a calendar year will automatically expire at the end of the year or on the 31st of December.

Can I roll my points from the previous year?
No, highly recommended to redeem your points towards your orders before the end of the calendar year.
Who is eligible to join?
Any one can join the Top Tellers Club membership.
Can more than 1 person use my account?
No, each member can use one dedicated membership.
Where can I find my rewards?
Please access my rewards under the account tab.
Can I transfer my Membership Rewards points?
The membership reward points are not transferrable.
How do I check my Membership Rewards points balance?
Login to your account and click on my rewards tab under my account.
When do my points get added into my membership?
Your membership points are updated every 14 days to allow us to reconcile your orders.
If I return an order or item will that effect my reward points?
A positive purchase will affect your balance positively, however a negative transaction or credit note applied to your account will affect your points negatively.
What currency do you bill in?
For your convenience we accept all major currencies.
What payment options do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and direct bank transfer.
Is Top Tellers Club compatible with Mobile Player?

The following devices are compatible with Top Tellers Club: Computer, Desktop, Laptop, or iPad (Mobile phones are not ideal).
